Some helpful guidance on creating a new account... An account allows you to select a hotel for your event and reserve a room or block of rooms (for team events). You must create a separate account for each event that you are attending. The following information will be required when setting up your account: Registered Name or Team Name, Contact Name (one contact only), a phone number, fax number, and e-mail address. You should know your arrival and departure dates and you will also need a credit card number and expiration date in order to guarantee your rooms.
